This English translation is provided for your convenience. The Slovak version is legally binding. If the two versions differ, the Slovak text applies.
You will find the exact mileage allowance for the car you choose on the car's page and in the price list.
1. Booking
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

- A booking must state the place, date and time of pick-up and return of the vehicle, together with your personal, billing and contact details.
2. Individuals
- Identity card or passport
- Category B driving licence, held for at least 1 year
- The required age of the driver depends on the type of vehicle, but is at least 20 years
3. Companies
- Extract from the Commercial Register
- Identity card and driving licence of the person who will drive the vehicle
- Power of attorney from the statutory representative if the contract is signed by another person
4. Prices and billing
The daily rate covers 24 hours from the start of the rental. If the rental period is exceeded by more than 59 minutes, another daily rate is charged.
Prices include compulsory third-party liability insurance (MTPL) for damage caused by the operation of the motor vehicle up to €5 million, oil and other fluids. They do not include fuel.
Refuelling: Vehicles are rented with a full tank. A fee is charged for missing fuel when the vehicle is returned. This fee also covers the company's handling costs for refuelling.
Airport fee: An airport fee is charged if the rental starts at an airport.
All the fees and penalties mentioned above are listed in the schedule of penalties. Prices are stated excluding VAT.
The rental price includes:
- Comprehensive (collision) insurance for Slovakia and Europe
- Compulsory third-party liability insurance
- Full servicing (regular vehicle maintenance)
- Seasonal tyres
- Slovak motorway vignette
5. Delivery outside our branches
On request, we can deliver (or collect) the vehicle outside our branches as well (for example at airports).
Delivery is charged at €0.40 per km (excl. VAT).
6. Sanctions and penalties
Slovakia applies strict (objective) liability, and the renter (the driver) is responsible for all fines incurred during the rental. Please expect that we will re-invoice you for all fines and any related costs. In the event of a traffic accident, an excess of 10% (at least €300) is charged. All prices are stated excluding VAT.

7. Breakdown or traffic accident
If you have any questions, a technical problem or a traffic accident, contact us immediately on +421 948 077 077. In the event of a traffic accident, you must also call the traffic police and write down the details of the other parties involved.
8. Travelling abroad
- Travel to EU countries is permitted.
- The rented vehicle may not be taken to: Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Ukraine, the former states of the USSR, the former states of Yugoslavia with the exception of Slovenia and Croatia.
- Motorway and road tolls abroad are paid in full by the renter. Proof of payment must be provided to the lessor.
9. Vehicles
- We can meet most of your transport needs: our fleet includes passenger cars, commercial vehicles and minibuses.
- Vehicles are handed over cleaned and washed (we will, of course, have to charge you for any soiling).
- Interior soiling (depending on the extent, from €10 to €200).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicles.
- If a vehicle is returned excessively dirty or smelling of cigarettes, we charge a contractual penalty according to the schedule.
- Vehicles carry the mandatory equipment required by Slovak law; any other equipment must be requested for a fee.
- Vehicles have the motorway fee paid for Slovakia only; tolls abroad are paid by the renter.
- We always hand over vehicles with a full tank of fuel and ask the renter to return them the same way.
- Vehicles are checked before each rental (including oil and fluids).
- We always hand over vehicles with 1.5 l of seasonal screen wash; we do not require it on return.
- We aim to service vehicles according to the manufacturer's instructions, so please report mileage above 2,000 km, or contact us without delay if the vehicle calls for a service.
- We do not guarantee the technical data stated for the vehicles, as it is provided by the manufacturer.
- It is recommended to photograph the whole vehicle and any damage at pick-up.
10. Mileage
The daily mileage allowance is usually from 300 km. Additional kilometres are charged from €0.12 per km (excl. VAT), unless agreed otherwise. By mutual agreement, mileage can be unlimited.

11. Cancellation
If a booking or rental is cancelled, the lessor is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking or rental price.
For bookings made at least 5 days in advance, we will send you an advance invoice within 24 hours. It must be paid within 48 hours of issue, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
12. Further information
- The lessor is not liable for the renter's property or for items left in the car.
- Prices are set by agreement and the lessor reserves the right to change them.
- The rental office is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00.
- We are available at any other time for a surcharge of €15 (excl. VAT).
