Yes, by arrangement. Pick-up or return outside opening hours costs an extra €18.45 incl. VAT (€15 excl. VAT). We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00.

Under our rental terms we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked rental price. If your plans change, please call us as early as you can.

At least 20. For some types of vehicle the minimum age may be higher. You must have held a category B driving licence for at least 1 year.

Your ID card or passport and a category B driving licence that you have held for at least 1 year.

Yes. The company provides an extract from the commercial register, the ID card and driving licence of the person who will drive, and a power of attorney from the statutory representative if someone else signs the contract. In the booking form choose company billing and fill in the company ID and tax numbers.

Our prices are set excluding VAT. For private customers the website therefore shows the main price including 23% VAT, with the price excluding VAT right next to it. Businesses can use the Private / Business switch in the header to show the price excluding VAT first.

A day is 24 hours from pick-up. If you return the car more than 59 minutes late, another day is charged. The daily price goes down with the length of the rental, in bands of 1 to 3 days, 4 to 10 days, 11 to 20 days, 21 to 29 days and 30 days or more.

You pay the rental and the deposit in cash when you pick up the car. If you book at least 5 days ahead, we send you a proforma invoice within 24 hours, payable within 48 hours. If it is not paid in time, the booking is cancelled.

Comprehensive insurance for Slovakia and Europe, third-party liability insurance up to €5 million, full servicing, seasonal tyres, the Slovak motorway vignette, and oil and other fluids. Fuel is not included.

The deposit (security) depends on the car and ranges from €300 to €1,000. The exact amount is shown for every car. You pay it in cash at pick-up and get all of it back when you return the car undamaged, refuelled and clean.

The excess is the part of the damage you pay yourself after a road accident, even though the car has comprehensive insurance. It is 10%, at least €300. It is not the same as the deposit: you get the deposit back, while the excess only applies after an accident.

Call +421 948 077 077 straight away. After a road accident, call the traffic police and write down the details of everyone involved. Always report an accident or damage, otherwise you pay the full cost of the damage.

The limit depends on the car and the rental length. For example, the Toyota Corolla TS 2025 has 250 km per day for a 1 to 3 day rental, and each extra kilometre costs €0.15 incl. VAT (€0.12 excl. VAT). For most other cars it is €0.18 incl. VAT (€0.15 excl. VAT). You will find every car's limits in the price list and on the car's page. Please tell us in advance if you plan to drive more than 2,000 km.

Yes. You get the car with a full tank and return it full. If fuel is missing, we charge the current fuel price plus 20%.

Yes, to any EU country. Not allowed: Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Ukraine, the former Soviet states, and the former Yugoslav states except Slovenia and Croatia.

No, only the Slovak vignette is included. You pay motorway and road tolls abroad yourself and show the receipts when you return the car.

At our main branch in Žiar nad Hronom, Priemyselná 1307 (Horné Opatovce), or at the Zlaté Moravce branch, Metodova 8. Each car's page shows which branch it is based at.

Yes, on request we deliver or collect the car away from our branches. Delivery costs €0.49 incl. VAT (€0.40 excl. VAT) per kilometre. Please arrange it with us by phone.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00. At other times we can hand over or collect the car by arrangement for an extra €18.45 incl. VAT (€15 excl. VAT).

Yes. The Renault Trafic Spaceclass minibuses seat 7, the Renault Trafic seats 9 and the Toyota Proace Verso seats 8 or 9. The Toyota Prius Plus and Toyota Highlander also have 7 seats, and the Toyota Grand Highlander has 8.

Yes, we have two Renault Master Furgon L3H2 vans with 3 seats. For a 1 to 3 day rental they cost €86.10 incl. VAT (€70 excl. VAT) per day and the deposit is €300. A category B licence is enough. For the load space dimensions, please ask us by phone.
